"select all" checkbox should select all the items in the list, not just what is loaded into the display window

Table pages (recipes, recipe books, docs, ingredients, new purchase items) show the total number of items on the button, but when you use the "select all" checkbox at the top of the list, only the items loaded into the display window are selected. Since only 25 items are loaded onto the page at a time, the number of items selected doesn't always correspond to the total number of items, which is confusing.

It's also time consuming and annoying to scroll down to the bottom of the page over and over again to load all the items onto the page in order to select them all.

It would be better if the "select all" checkbox could actually select all the items at once.
