Sourdough bread bakers are constantly tweaking hydration levels in order to get their desired bread characteristics. The hydration level is the percentage of water as compared to the total flour in the recipe, not the total weight of the recipe. It would be great if I could use Meez for bread recipes, but without this function I am more likely to use Excel. So I use excel for bread and Meez for other baked goods. It would be wonderful if Meez had a template that was unique to bread and calculating hydration!
