Add a filter on the recipe table to show recipes that are used in other recipes (sub-recipes)

There's no way to get a list of all recipes used as sub recipes in the app. In order to determine which recipes in an account are subs, I have to open every single recipe and examine the "recipes on" field. This is time consuming and tedious.

Sort recipe book contents by "type"

when viewing the contents of a recipe book, the column header "type" should be clickable to sort the table by type.
