Should have one button to convert recipe to uniform UoM

When recipes are put in with metric units, you either need to input the recipe in imperial units, or change each ingredient to imperial units when using the recipe. There should be an option to change all UoM of a recipe to a uniform system.

Ability to multiselect green apple ingredients and 'add to recipe'

Another way to create different options for creating recipes could be to allow customers to use their list of ingredients in their table, and add ingredients from there.

It would be valuable to be able to create recipes like we can ingredients - by using a 'bulk add' feature.

Be able to link items from PIT within recipe cost tab

Right now when a user sees a recipe is missing cost, they go to the cost tab. Each ingredient will tell them it's missing cost, but there is no easy way to navigate to or access the PIT to find vendor items that should be linked to it.

We'd like to be able to limit the ability of Editors to create new ingredients and use system ingredients

I have multiple chefs adding recipes, but they should really only use ingredients that we've already purchased. I'd like to limit the number of new ingredients they create, so we don't create duplicates or use ingredients we can't cost.

Hover text on UoM everywhere in the app should show the definition of the unit.
